As a Central California real estate agent, I love when I see positive coverage of Central California in the news. The popularity of this region is definitely growing. 1. The Tasting Panel’s Anthony Dias Blue recently visited Paso Robles and deemed it “the most exciting wine region in California.” This is excellent coverage for this year’s wine region of the world! He also pointed out how many wine varieties do well here in this region, even though many of them don’t do well in other places. He recommended wines from 15 top Paso Robles wineries. 2. Alta Colina Vineyard and Winery just opened their new winery and tasting room in Paso Robles! The owners have created a state-of-the-art production facility and tasting room that features green, eco-friendly technology. The new winery boasts a Tesla charging station, a nighttime cooling system, native and drought tolerant landscaping, LED lighting, a sustainable irrigation system and more. Head over there to taste their estate-grown Rhone wines and to see the new facility!
3. Epoch Times recently created a list of the top things to do in California, and on that list is wine tasting in Paso Robles and a visit to Pismo Beach. Central California is getting all the love! They mention that Paso Robles has all the amazing wine that Napa Valley has, without the touristy and commercialized feel. They also mentioned that the wines have richer colors and flavors, due to the intensity of the sun. Pismo Beach was mentioned because it’s near Paso Robles, and it has everything a beachgoer could ask for, plus more, such as horseback riding, hiking trails and monarch butterflies.
As you can see, nothing but positive news is flowing around the country about our Central California region. People might begin flocking here and relocating here, since it is the latest destination hotspot. Beat the crowds!
