California Wine Month rolls on with events and activities at individual wineries and vineyards around Central California this weekend!
Earlier this week, I shared information about Sunset’s Savor the Central Coast, which takes place later this month. But as your Central California real estate agent, I’d like to fill you in on other events that are smaller scale, but just as fun and exciting, which are happening this weekend around Paso Robles.
- Every Friday, Burbank Ranch Winery & Bistro will host a Happy Hour from 4 to 7 p.m. During this time, you can enjoy wines by the glass for half off, 20 percent off bottles, food specials and live music!
- Celebrate wine and cigars for the sixth straight year at Crust & Roll West this weekend, Sept. 5 and 6. This will take place at the Paso Robles Event Center.
- Pianetta Winery will be celebrating Art After Dark from 5 to 7 p.m. on Saturday with local artist Dianne Mendoza. Enjoy live music, discounted wines by the glass and a chocolate reception!
- Parrish Family Vineyard is also celebrating Art After Dark with creative Fred Babb Art. You can enjoy two tastings and complimentary cheese pairing while checking out the art.
- Visit Castoro Cellars on Saturday for the last outdoor SLOFolks concert of the 2014 Summer Series. Doors open at 6 p.m. and show begins at 7 p.m. Carlos Nunez will play and a catered dinner will be available from Fig Fine Foods for $16.
- Sunday Music Series returns to Villa San-Juliette Winery from 1 to 4 p.m. This Sunday will feature Daniel Palmer and small food plates for purchase. Go relax before your week starts back up!
- If you’re a wine club member, Enjoy Indian Brunch in Barn on Sunday! This occurs at the Willow Creek Ranch on the first Sunday of every month. It includes a half hour of wine tasting, followed by a family-style luncheon. Cost is $25 per person.
- Enjoy an intimate live performance with The Band Perry at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre on Sunday at 8 p.m.! Dan + Shay will also be performing. Ticket costs vary.
