SLO County Valentine's Day
Old West Cinnamon Rolls Valentine’s Special

Valentine’s Day is this coming Saturday in Central California! Are you taking advantage of a local hotel package as a staycation? Are you dining out in Monterey County or SLO County? If you’re just looking for some delicious local chocolates and savory treats to relish in, as your Central California real estate agent, I’d like to share where you can find that this weekend in SLO County.

Whether you visit a local winery, bakery or specialty shop, you have plenty of options for delicious, local treats. Here are just some that you can find around SLO County this Valentine’s Day:

  • Old West Cinnamon Rolls in Pismo Beach has eight-inch heart-shaped cinnamon roll cakes on special for $30! You can pick them up or have them delivered, but you need to order soon. Each one comes with a small bag of frosting for you to drizzle on top right before consuming. They are available in six, eight, 10 or 12-inch pans!
  • If you’re looking for treats and an activity, visit Broken Earth Winery in Paso Robles between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to enjoy four of their wines paired with four different brownies from Heaven Squared Brownie Co. in Paso Robles! This will include a Limoncello goat cheese brownie, a special valentine brownie, a caramel machiatto brownie and a dark chocolate coconut brownie.
  • Le Vigne Winery in Paso Robles is also hosting a mouth-watering Valentine’s Day event, pairing wines with cupcakes from Clementine Cupcakes! This includes wine and sparkling wines being paired with a toasted almond topped cupcake with fresh raspberry, a southern belle cupcake, a coocoo for cocoa cupcake and an orange zested creamsicle cupcake! This takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • What doesn’t Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Paso Robles have this Valentine’s Day? They have a whole slew of chocolates and candies to choose from, include a variety of sugar-free chocolates. They also have tons of gourmet caramel apple flavors, in case you want a boost of nutrition inside your sweet goodness, and they have chocolate dipped strawberries, a holiday favorite. Stop in to see what they all have, but don’t go when you’re hungry!

If I left out your favorite place to go for delicious, local chocolates or treats, fill me in by leaving a comment! In a couple days, I’ll share the best places for finding delicious Valentine’s Day treats in Monterey County. As your Central California real estate agent, I don’t want anyone to go without a bit of sweetness this coming Saturday.
