You may be better off buying an existing home that you can renovate to your liking, or buy land to build your own dream home on!
3. Make your first offer low and fast. Your first offer depends on the current conditions of the Lake Nacimiento real estate market. If there are lots of other buyers and competition is fierce, it’s wise to make your best offer first, and fast. If there is lots of inventory and not a lot of buyers, you can take your time and have more wiggle room. These are things we can discuss when you’re ready to buy!
4. The American Dream is a house with a white picket fence. You may have an idea of what your home should look like in your mind, but be willing to compromise.
