Chances are you’re finding remnants of this week’s Christmas celebration still scattered around your Lake Nacimiento home. Leftover snacks, cookies and that leftover ham are still working their way into every meal. Torn wrapping paper can still be found hanging underneath the couch and you’re still a little unsure about when exactly to take down your Christmas tree. And, although the holidays are over, there’s still much to celebrate on Lake Nacimiento… the new year ahead!
As a Lake Nacimiento Real Estate agent, I’m looking forward to all that 2013 has to bring for the Lake Nacimiento Real Estate market. The market is continuing on its’ upward swing with fewer foreclosures nationwide, home prices rising and more buyers venturing into the real estate market.

– Ring in the new year with friends at the New Years’ Eve Party and Casino Night! This evening has become a fun tradition with those who live on Lake Nacimiento all year long and those who enjoy vacationing on its’ shores. This formal evening (semi to formal dress) will be filled with a DJ, dessert bar and chocolate fountain and casino games! The cost is $20 and a cash bar will be available. Also, if you are interested in playing “Left-Right-Center”, please bring $3. Reservations suggested by Dec 29, but not required. Call Janice at 472-9404, or Shari at 472-2855.
