With summer right around the corner, the last thing you may want to be thinking about is selling your home. Yet, for whatever reason, you may be needing to sell. In my years of experience as a Lake Nacimiento Real Estate agent, I know that one of the hardest parts of selling your home is setting the selling price.
Oftentimes, sellers have put a lot of time, energy and money into their homes and will feel their home is worth more based on their emotions and personal investment.
