Jasmine Duncan is new to the Oak Shores Realty team as of October 2019. She was born and raised in South Monterey County. Her interest in real estate began in 2009 while she worked for an attorney who taught her the basics on estate planning, property transfers and evictions. That interest increased when she later acquired a position with a diversified farming company. Among her various job responsibilities, she was given the opportunity to oversee property leases and assist with many property transactions, from inspections to closings and beyond. In 2019, Jasmine decided it was time to focus on her passion and pursue a career in real estate by earning her real estate license. Her motivation, strong work ethic and desire to please others will be a great benefit to buyers and sellers. Did we mention she speaks Spanish? Ella habla español.

When not assisting clients, Jasmine and her husband enjoy visiting with family and friends, traveling and spending time with their two Australian Shepherds, who she calls her “fur children.”
