July 4th has come and gone in Central California, but that doesn’t mean summer festivals and fun have! In fact, there are free concerts happening all over SLO County, almost every day of the week. As your Central California real estate agent, I’ve collected all the concert information and put it into one handy guide, so all you have to do is pull it up and check out the schedule when in the mood for free music.
Mondays
Baywood Beer at the Pier Monday Concerts take place at Back Bay Café in Baywood Park from 5 to 7 p.m. every Monday in the summer.
Wednesdays
Templeton Concerts in the Park take place in Templeton Community Park from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday through Aug. 19. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Thursdays
Paso Robles Concerts in the Park take place at Paso Robles Downtown City Park every Thursday evening, through Aug. 20, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Fridays
Head to San Luis Obispo on Fridays, through Sept. 11, for Concerts in the Plaza. These concerts take place in Mission Plaza from 5 to 8 p.m. Food and drinks are available for purchase.
Saturdays
Atascadero Saturdays in the Park take place at Atascadero Lake Park through Aug. 15. Enjoy live music from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Head to Sea Pines Golf Resort in Los Osos for Concerts on the Green from 2 to 6 p.m. throughout the summer months.
Sundays
The Sunday Village Summer Concert Series takes place in Arroyo Grande every Sunday, through Sept. 13, beginning at 1 p.m. Head to Rotary Bandstand at Heritage Square Park to enjoy music, plus arts and crafts, food and more.
One last Pacific Breeze Concert is left at the Pismo Beach Rotary Amphitheater at Dinosaur Caves Park on July 12. Head there between 1 and 4 p.m. for free music and family activities.
Head to Ramona Garden Park in Grover Beach for Sizzlin’ Summer Concerts every Sunday, through Sept. 27, from 3 the 6 p.m. There is no concert on Aug. 23.
At Robin’s Restaurant in Cambria, you can enjoy Sunday Summer Nights in the Garden from 5 to 9 p.m. These take place through Aug. 30, but they do include a $3 cover.
