January is SLO County Restaurant Month! If you’ve still got holiday guests staying with you, or you feel like never cooking again after last week’s holiday cooking, this is the perfect opportunity to get out and try some new fare at a local restaurant. You’ll be enjoying amazing food for an affordable price, while supporting local business and your community!
As your Central California real estate agent, I’d like to help you plan for SLO County Restaurant Month by filling you in on the details. Restaurant Month is happening throughout the month of January, beginning Friday, but not all participating restaurants run their prix-fixe menus daily. You should check the full schedule for days, hours and phone numbers to make reservations.
- In Arroyo Grande, enjoy three courses for $40 at Robert’s Restaurant daily! Rooster Creek will also be participating, with a menu to be determined still.
- In Avila Beach, enjoy three courses for $40 at Gardens of Avila every day, starting at 4 p.m., and enjoy three courses for $30 at Ocean Grill Avila Beach Sunday through Thursday only.
- In Cambria, head to Robin’s Restaurant for four courses for $40 daily!
- In Morro Bay, head to Windows on the Water for three courses for $30 daily, and Brickhouse BBQ for a special combo price Tuesday through Sunday.
- Paso Robles has lots of participating restaurants! Artisan has two courses for $30 Sunday through Thursday. Bistro Laurent has three for $40 daily. Buona Tavola has three for $30 Sunday through Thursday. Enoteca Restaurant & Bar has three for $30 daily. Estrella Restaurant has three for $30 daily. Il Cortile Restaurant has $45 menu plus the cost of wine, every Wednesday starting Jan. 14. La Cosecha has three for $40 Sunday through Thursday. Mistura has three for $30. Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse has three for $30 daily. Paso Terra has three for $30 Tuesday through Saturday. Robert’s Restaurant has three for $40 daily. Second Press has three for $30 daily. The Restaurant at Paso Robles Golf Club has three for $30 Monday through Friday. Thomas Hill Organics has two for $30 or three for $40 Sunday through Thursday.
- In Pismo Beach, Giuseppe’s Cucina Italiana has three courses for $40 Sunday through Thursday. Lido at the Dolphin Bay Resort has three for $40 daily. Marisol at The Cliffs Resort has three for $40 daily. SeaVenture Restaurant has two for $30 daily. Splash Café has complimentary margherita pizza with purchase of $20 daily. Spyglass Inn Restaurant is participating, with a TBD menu.
There are 16 restaurants participating in San Luis Obispo as well, with details found on the SLO County Restaurant Month website. New this year is Go Local Wine Deals! Participating Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wineries will be offering deals as well during the month of January. In my next blog post, I’ll fill you in more on those.
