Lake Naci is at approximate 52% capacity with an elevation of 762.35 feet and a total of 7.04 inches of rainfall so far this season.

 

 

On March 13, 2020 a Proclamation of Local Emergency was issued by the Emergency Services Director, proclaiming a MANDATORY SHELTER AT HOME order for ALL of San Luis Obispo County. 

THIS ORDER IS EFFECTIVE AS OF THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020 AT 5PM, AND SHALL CONTINUE IN EFFECT UNTIL APRIL 17, 2020 AT 12:01PM UNLESS MODIFIED OR RESCINDED.  Click on the link below for the full orders that will be in effect.

What does that mean for Oak Shores Community operations?

Our Staff is ordered to Station at Home also, as we are a NON ESSENTIAL business operation.  The Association Supervisors will be working from home and will be conducting business that ensures the safety and welfare of our Residents.  We will also be conducting business in the office that is essential, deposits and keeping the bills current but will not be allowing anyone in the office. 

THE OAK SHORES FRONT GATE WILL NOT BE OPEN AFTER 5 PM TODAY!
Arrangements will be made with the delivery companies so that they are able to enter the community to make their deliveries. 

IT WILL BE EACH PERSONS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THEIR VENDORS, OR WORKERS IN THE GATE IF THEY ARE STILL BEING ALLOWED TO DO WORK AT YOUR PROPERTY, AND ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT EVERYONE THAT ENTERS THE COMMUNITY IS PRACTICING SOCIAL DISTANCING. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS BRING YOUR GATE-CARD WITH YOU WHEN LEAVING THE COMMUNITY FOR ANY ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE ANYONE COME TO THE COMMUNITY TO YOUR HOME FOR MEDICAL SERVICES ETC.
