Lake Naci is at approximate 53% capacity with an elevation of 763.7 feet and a total of 10.02 inches of rainfall so far this season.

While taking the health and safety of our clients, agents, and employees very seriously we are operational remotely. Our office will be closed till the shelter in place order is lifted. We are confident that our best-in-class technologies, policies and systems will help weather this uncertain time. We are happy to say we have been blessed to be able to place four homes and one lot in escrow this last week by practicing proper COVID protocol with clients!

We know that not all decisions or commitments can be delayed, so rest assured we will be available. Our team has always excelled at working remotely and we will continue to do so to best meet your real estate needs.

Our thoughts continue to be with everyone affected by the COVID-19 outbreak which at this point is everyone. As a community, a county, a state and a country we will get through this! Our prayers are for everyone to stay healthy!

 

With the beautiful Spring weather we are experiencing we are seeing a lot of homeowner’s launching their watercraft’s and spending time on the beaches. 

As things  continue to change on a daily basis we wanted to remind Owner’s what the most current procedures are under the Station at Home orders, for Mussel Inspection updates and launching in the community:  

  1. Only Owner’s and their immediate family that have a boat stored in Oak Shores OR that have an in-tact band on their watercraft (which proves that the watercraft has not been on an infested lake), are allowed to launch.
    2. IF you are an Owner or immediate family of an Owner, and want to bring your watercraft to the Community, but do not have an in-tact band, we can quarantine your watercraft for the required 30 days, so that you will be able to use the watercraft in the near future. 
    3. Code Enforcement and the Office can UPDATE an existing mussel inspection permit as long as we can arrange to do it while practicing safe social distancing, but we CANNOT do an inspection on watercraft’s that come in from another County and that don’t have an in-tact band on it. 
    4. Code Enforcement is beginning to do sticker updates as long as they can be done without contact. 
    5. The Oak Shores beaches and Marina’s are not exempt of the Social Distancing guidelines! You will continue to see a law enforcement presence in the Community patrolling to ensure that our Community is abiding by the County guidelines.  PLEASE continue to distance yourselves when at the beaches and marina’s, and at your homes! It will just take a few complaints or one large congregation to ruin it for all of you.

    PLEASE CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT AT 805/674-6547 TO ARRANGE AN UPDATE OF YOUR MUSSEL INSPECTION PERMIT IF NEEDED.
