ANTI-RENTERS SUCCEEDED IN GETTING THE SHORT TERM RENTAL INITIATIVE ON THE CALENDER
There will be a public meeting on October 8 and the ballots will go out to the membership around the middle of October. This will be a CC&R change so 51% of the membership must vote yes. However, slim the chances might seem, there is always the possibility that the measure might pass. Cindy Peyton will be working with an attorney to put together the argument against the initiative that will be included with the ballot.
