Cindy Peyton is a transplant from the city of Thousand Oaks where she lived for 19 years. She worked as a corporate controller while raising her children, Amanda and Joey. While visiting her daughter at Cal Poly, Cindy fell in love with the area and decided to relocate in 2003 after her son went off to college. After researching the different areas of the central coast, Cindy decided that Oak Shores was where she wanted to buy a home. Cindy lives full time in the community where she is very active.

Cindy owns Oak Shores Vacation Rentals and is proud of the growth and success of the company and the reputation she has built. It was a natural progression for her to move into the real estate business and join the team at Oak Shores Realty. She credits her years spent running a large corporation and her love of people for her ability to understand what the client wants and to provide the top quality service they demand. Cindy looks forward to sharing her experience, integrity and knowledge of the community with her clients.
