I came to the real estate business through my love for Oak Shores and the surrounding areas.  Married  for 25 years, my husband Marvin and I have been coming to Oak Shores with friends and family since its inception in 1970. We both grew up in the South County area of the Salinas Valley where both of our families are involved in the agricultural industry. Marvin also currently farms over 600 acres in the Salinas Valley. Our children, Bryson and Kambree, keep busy with college, sports and playing at Lake Nacimiento with family and friends.

Since building a home here in 1996, I have enjoyed helping friends and family find that perfect Oak Shores property. It was then that I knew that my patience, problem solving skills and empathy for others would lead me to a career in real estate, servicing others who want to enjoy Oak Shores as much as I have. Three years later, I joined Oak Shores Realty and quickly became a top producer for the Oak Shores area.  In an effort to make myself more accessible to homeowners facing foreclosure, I had the fore site to position myself to become an area expert for bank owned properties in the tri-county area of Monterey, San Benito and San Luis Obispo counties. Because I specialize in these three counties, I feel that my deep knowledge of each region’s real estate market allows me to be a resource for homeowners in need of assistance.

Earning my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation along with the experience I have gained in the foreclosure market has allowed me to become a local expert in short sales. Helping homeowners explore their options to avoid foreclosure is my passion. I am dedicated to relating to and understanding the individual needs of each of my clients. Because of this, I am able to count many of my past clients among my closest friends.
