Spend Your Spring Season On The Central Coast!

Springtime on the Central Coast

It’s officially spring! Whether you’re looking to plan a trip, or you’re looking to relocate permanently to the Central Coast, spring is a wonderful season for doing so. As your Central Coast real estate agent, I highly suggest that you spend your spring season here in Monterey County and San Luis Obispo County. To help you understand why, I’ve shared a few reasons below:

Wildflowers – The wildflowers throughout the Central Coast are blooming right now, and they are as colorful and vibrant as wildflowers can be! Numerous travelers flock here this time of year to see the display of gorgeous blooms. There’s the purple carpet along Pacific Grove’s rocky coastline, orange poppy patches at Garrapata State Park, along with places along Big Sur, in Paso Robles and more.

Outdoor Adventures – It’s warm and sunny here on the Central Coast in springtime. Get out and enjoy the plethora of outdoor adventures awaiting you! Head to Lake Nacimiento for boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, camping or picnicking. The water levels are up from all the rain! Go biking on the nearby trails, look for wildlife along the coast, go horseback riding in the mountains or along the beach, or just relax outside at a local vineyard, soaking up the views.

New Exhibits – With the changing of the seasons comes the changing of exhibits at nearby museums and attractions. For example, at Monterey Bay Aquarium, the new “Viva Baja! Live on the Edge” exhibit has opened. Here you can view an array of snakes, scorpions and other creepy crawlers, along with exotic tropical fish and coral reefs. Or, visit a local farmer’s market to see what new produce and products are available from local vendors during the changing of the seasons!

Events – There are so many exciting events coming up for you to enjoy on the Central Coast! This weekend, you’ve got Easter events, including the Easter Egg Hunt at Oak Shores on Saturday. After that, the lineup of spring festivals seems to go on forever. It includes the Pebble Beach Food & Wine Fest, the Sea Otter Classic, the Big Sur International Marathon, Pacific Grove Good Old Days and so on.

While you’re out enjoying the Central Coast and all it has to offer in the spring season, don’t forget to contact me, your Central Coast real estate agent! Spring is a great season for buying a Central Coast home, for selling your Central Coast, or for doing both! I am here and ready to help you as soon as you’re ready to get started.
