One of the things I enjoy about Lake Nacimiento is the sense of community that’s offered in both Oak Shores and Heritage Ranch. As a Lake Nacimiento Real Estate agent for over twenty years, I have found that this is also a highlight that stands out to buyers and those living on our beautiful lake.

– The Esprit du Vin, The Spirit of Wine, celebrates fourteen of the Highway 46 East wineries! This exciting evening offers wine, cheeses and appetizers. Experts will perfectly pair these accompaniments with local wines for a mouth watering event! You’ll also be able to stroll through the spacious tasting rooms to savor these pairings along with gourmet olives, olive oils, breads. pastries and more served by local chefs and artisans.
