1. Start your celebration early with a New Year’s Eve Brunch at The Grill at Hunter Ranch Golf Course. Enjoy a great selection of food, wines and beers while dining inside or out.
2. Bistro Laurent in Paso Robles will be open for lunch and dinner for New Year’s. They will be serving their French Cuisine menu, complete with soups and salads, crispy tarts, classic entrees and wine.
3. Parrish Family Vineyard is hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration from 1 to 6 p.m. Celebrate early with a special 4 Estate Wine Flight with food pairings and wine by the glass specials.
4. Reserve your spot in the New Year’s Eve Winemaker Dinner at Pomar Junction Vineyard & Winery! Enjoy an unforgettable dinner in the Merrill Family Estate Wine Cellar with a four-course meal each paired with a different Pomar Junction wine.
5. Allegretto Vineyard Resort is hosting a New Year’s Eve Celebration with dancing, drinks and live music by the Martin Paris Band! Cost is $30 per person, cash bar. Doors open at 9 p.m.
6. Head to La Bellasera Hotel & Suites in Paso Robles for their New Year’s Eve party. A three-course dinner and party costs $99, or party only is $39. The party includes live music and sparkling wine from 6 to 8 p.m., DJ and dancing from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., party favors, midnight champagne toast and more.
