Lake Naci News – January 2023

Lake Nacimiento Weather and Water Update: Lake Naci is at approximate 73% capacity with an elevation of 780.45 feet and a total of 10.8 inches of rainfall so far this season. 

 

Our Maintenance crew and private emergency road cleanup crews started working bright and early Tuesday morning. Our Maintenance team is focused on cleaning up the debris and docks at both of the Marinas, and our road crews will be out and about all over the Community cleaning drains and landslides with heavy equipment. 

We will be focused on the worst slide areas on Lands End, lower Captains Walk, Pine Ridge, the Main road, and Cove Lane areas.  

We understand that everyone is curious and excited about the water levels, but we desperately ask everyone to please stay out of these crews ways. We have heavy equipment all over Oak Shores and this is very dangerous for these workers also! Vehicles and pedestrians traveling in these areas while they are working will deter our efforts to clean up the Community.  

If there is visual damage to your properties or homes we will or have already contacted you personally.
