LAKE NACIMIENTO WEATHER AND WATER UPDATE:

Lake Nacimiento’s level is currently less than half full at 16% due to the minimal rain. This low level brings with it increased risk of accidents so be extra careful while out boating. For additional information, see HERE.

The West ramp and marina ramp are closed due to low water level. The auxiliary ramp is the only way to launch.

We know you all are eager to find out what the impact of the last storm was on the lake level. Based upon the Monterey County Water Resources website, Lake Nacimiento has gained 3.1 feet and 139 surface acres! More rain is expected,
and we will keep you all updated. Keep the rain dances going!

Lake Nacimiento’s levels are currently at 17% and an elevation of 718 with a total of 4.16 inches of rain fall so
far this year. We are gaining about a foot per week now.

A big storm is expected Wednesday – Thursday, the water shed may get 5 inches! Please pray for rain and do your rain dance!

Holiday Schedule for Oak Shores

Oak Shores Community Gate Hours

Winter hours are now in effect for the Oak Shores Community gate. Winter hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm on Sunday and 6:30am – 7:00pm Monday through Saturday. Please plan accordingly for your guests. All mussel inspections will be done at the gate. Kayaks need mussel inspection but do not need a lake permit.

LAKE NACIMIENTO WEATHER AND WATER UPDATE:

Lake Nacimiento’s level is currently less than half full at 16% due to the minimal rain. This low level brings with it increased risk of accidents so be extra careful while out boating. For additional information, see HERE.

The West ramp and marina ramp are closed due to low water level. The auxiliary ramp is the only way to launch.

Lake Nacimiento’s levels are currently at 16% and an elevation of 716.75 with
a total of 7.32 inches of rain fall so far this year.

Winter hours are now in effect for the Oak Shores Community gate. Winter hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm on Sunday and 6:30am – 7:00pm Monday through Saturday. Please plan accordingly for your guests. All mussel inspections will be done at the gate. Kayaks need mussel inspection but do not need a lake permit.
