Lake Naci News – LAKE NACIMIENTO WEATHER AND WATER UPDATE:

Despite the December storms, Lake Nacimiento’s level is still very low at only 23%. While a few areas of the county have received as much as 20 inches of much-needed rain since the start of the rain season in July, the deluge hasn’t done much to fill the storage basins that some communities rely on for drinking water. This low level brings with it increased risk of accidents so be extra careful while out boating. The West ramp and marina ramp are closed due to low water level. The auxiliary ramp is the only way to launch.
